Wine Design makes personalised wine bottles in the Hunter Valley and delivers them right across Sydney. You pick the wine, we put your label on it, and it turns up where you need it. Corporate gifts, wedding favours, a one-off bottle for someone’s 50th. Same job either way.
The wine comes from Hunter Valley growers we’ve worked with for years. Tamburlaine, Peterson House, Saddler’s Creek, Domaine Binet. Sydney’s only a couple of hours up the M1 from the vineyards, so your gift is local wine, not something trucked in from the other side of the country. We’ve been labelling and printing in Australia since 2009, and artwork is included in every price.
Why Sydney Orders Hunter Valley Wine
The Hunter is the closest wine region to Sydney and the oldest in the country. For a Sydney business or couple, that’s the difference between a gift that means something and a generic bottle off a shelf. People recognise the names. A Tamburlaine organic red or a Peterson House sparkling carries a bit of NSW with it, which matters when the bottle has got your name on the label.
It’s also practical. Shorter distance from the vineyard to your door means less freight cost and less time in transit than wine coming from South Australia or Margaret River.

Corporate Gifting in Sydney
This is the bulk of what we send into Sydney. End of financial year thank-yous, Christmas client gifts, conference and trade show giveaways, staff recognition. A Parramatta firm sending bottles to its top clients, a North Sydney agency marking a launch, a CBD practice doing its December rounds.
Branded wine works because it doesn’t end up in a drawer like a pen or a notebook. It gets opened, shared and remembered, and your logo is sitting on the table while it happens. We can label the bottle and the gift box, so the whole thing is yours from the outside in. For bigger runs there are quantity discounts, so it’s worth telling us numbers early.
How the Label Process Works
You don’t need to arrive with finished artwork. Send us your logo, a photo, an invitation, or just a description of what you’re after, and our graphic team puts together a design. You get a digital proof to approve before anything goes to print, so there are no surprises when the bottles land.
Everything is designed, printed and applied here in Australia. No offshore printing, which is part of why we can turn orders around quickly and keep the quality where it should be.
Boxing and Delivery
We box your order properly so it arrives looking the part. Gloss cardboard singles from $4, timber boxes with a Perspex lid and woodwool from $25, six-packs and three-bottle cartons in between. Your logo goes on the box too if you want it.
Most orders reach Sydney within 7 to 10 working days from proof approval, by courier. Freight is added on top of the bottle pricing and depends on order size and where it’s going. We’ll give you the cost up front with your quote, no surprises when the invoice lands. If you’re up against a deadline, tell us before you order and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.
Sydney Wine Gift FAQs
Do you deliver personalised wine across all of Sydney?
Yes. We courier orders anywhere in the Sydney metro and surrounds, from the CBD and inner west out to the Northern Beaches, the Hills, the Sutherland Shire and the Blue Mountains. You can also have an order sent straight to a gift recipient’s address.
How long does delivery take to Sydney?
Most orders are ready within 7 to 10 working days from when you approve the proof, then sent by courier. If you need it sooner for a last-minute event, get in touch before ordering and we’ll try to fast-track it.
Can I order a single personalised bottle, or is there a minimum?
Single bottles are fine for personalised gifts, starting from $32 including label design, printing and GST. Corporate labelled orders start at a minimum of 12 bottles, with better rates on larger runs.
Where does the wine come from?
All wine is sourced from the Hunter Valley in NSW, from growers like Tamburlaine, Peterson House and Saddler’s Creek. Spirits are from Pokolbin Distillery. Everything is labelled and printed in Australia.
