This pinot grigio delivers a supple, full-bodied wine with rich fruit flavours and a warm mouth-feel. The fruit from the McGuigan Pokolbin Vineyard was gently pressed, giving a delicate floral lift with a hint of passionfruit and pear. A final cold filtration before bottling resulted in a refreshing, citrus finish with complexity and balance.
